1.  Take your prospective buyer for a tour of our beautiful property and model homes.
2.  The client needs to “apply to the community” using link below.

3. Have the buyer sign all the appropriate forms. (Included in Downloadable Documents)
   a. The Buyer Acknowledgement Form
   b. Verde Ranch Estates Rules and Regulations
   c. Applicant Screening Criteria
4. Submit a color copy of the buyers Drivers License (front and back) and all adults over 18 years of age that will reside at the new residence.
5. Provide 3 months of bank statements and 3 most recent check stubs as proof of income.
6. Help your prospect get prequalified with a community approved lender.
7. Submit all information to the team in Verde Ranch Estates office located in the club house! Megan Asbury, Lori McNerlin and LaViece Crabtree are here to help!

That’s it! You are now on your way. The final sale of the home will be handled and processed by the team at Verde Ranch Estates.
